Testimonials:
Amelia has been absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough about how patient, knowledgable, and skilled she is at teaching even someone at my beginning level. Each session has been productive and restorative. And even though she keeps me working hard throughout, it is fun, and I learn so much during the sessions. - Kim K.
Amelia is a caring, intuitive teacher who knows exactly how to guide her students towards a more effective practice. At the end of a class, I feel refreshed, balanced, and more in tune with my body—and I’m always looking forward to the next class. - Thea I.
As a new Pilates student, I loved learning how to get the most workout for my body with small, controlled movements. Pilates has been a lovely way to start my morning or break up my workday, resetting my posture and my mindset! - Caryn H.
I always looked forward to working with Amelia. In addition to a good workout, we would always laugh, which was as equally healing to me as was the Pilates. - Leslie N.
